The day after the government seminar chaired by the Head of State, Faure Gnassingbé on Monday, July 26, 2021 in Kara, the government took a look at the PIA (Platform for Industrialization of Adétikopé) to which it wants to add a land reserve in the towns of Kpomé and Dalavé.
In the Council of Ministers, the executive plans to adopt two draft decree declaring public utility which will mark the start of compensation and expropriation procedures, and thus carry out a certain number of works to extend the platform of Adétikopé (PIA) and build a land reserve.
Regarding the two projects under review during the Council, the first draft decree, according to the terms of the report, devoted to the extension of PIA over an area of 392 ha and to strengthen the country’s industrialization actions.
We can say that this is a new return to PIA since already, the Togolese government a few weeks or even months ago had already signed a return by plowing on this project and the opening of its capital.
While the second is based on the constitution of a special land reserve in the cantons of Dalavé and Kpomé, the government plans to continue its projects to create decent and affordable housing, and to carry out public works for the benefit of the populations in the area. an area of 1,177 ha.Tweet
