Students from public colleges and high schools in Togo will go to school in the year 2021-2022 without paying a single penny for registration fees or tuition. So decided by the Togolese government.
According to our colleagues from Lenouveaureporter, "concerned about the socio-economic impacts of the coronavirus crisis on all populations and the threat of further widening the gap of inequalities and vulnerabilities, the Togolese government has just decided on August 21, 2021 , free education next year ”. Note that students in public primary schools have benefited from free school fees and registration for several years.
