Dr Garba Lompo leaves, Barros settles in !

I wish him a successful mission in Togo. @ecowas_cedeao ” ; It is with these words contained in a tweet that the Togolese foreign minister, Prof Robert Dussey, today announced the assumption of office of Dr Garba Lompo’s successor, Barros Bacar Banjai.
He is now the new resident representative of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in Togo. The man, former Secretary of State in charge of the Environment of Guinea Bissau, Barros Bacar Banjai, presented yesterday Monday his letter of appointment to the Togolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and Togolese of the Exterior, Prof. Robert Dussey.
As resident representative of ECOWAS in Togo, Barros will have the task of observing and ensuring the implementation of community policies in all member countries of the sub-regional institution.
