Regarding this care, which can however lead to disruptions in the health context of Covid-19, Minister Kokoroko, through a ministerial note dated August 25, 2021, recommended that heads of establishments follow certain guidelines in the recruitment of learners in order to avoid possible influx into the establishments the next school year.
"To properly manage any influx of learners, each school head is asked to set up a case study committee which, while respecting the principle of social and gender equity, will be responsible for recruiting. students according to their merits and places and places available in the health context of Covid-19 ”, recommended Minister Kokoroko.
Any complacency observed exposes its perpetrators and accomplices to the disciplinary sanctions in force, on which Prof. Kokoroko demands that regional directors of education, education inspectors and heads of establishments carry out his decision.
